We were 'wowed' by the entire experience and recommend John without any reservation or hesitation to everyone. Our project involved installing angora herringbone as backsplash for our kitchen. Prior to meeting John, we had hired an experienced general contractor but later learned that on a scale of 1 to 10, angora herringbone is a 10 in terms of difficulty, so you have to know what you are doing. The job that contractor did was so bad we terminated them after four days of fruitless work and a messed up kitchen. Scarred from the experience, we decided to seek a specialist and John at AJ Tile, hoping for the best. Not only did they complete the entire job in record time, it was done beautifully and on budget. No drama, no surprises, no delays, no excuses. This alone merited 5-stars in my mind but the unexpected kicker is that John is also a great communicator, highly responsive to calls or texts and one of the most polite and affable people I have met in a while (and especially in the construction field). Quality work by a quality team. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the entire experience.

We had our foyer tiled and can’t say enough about the quality of work from John and his team. They were professional, clean, fairly priced and incredibly efficient, finishing the job ahead of schedule. We accidentally ordered less marble than the square footage of the room which proved to be no issue for them. Their incredible skill cutting the tiles minimized the waste and actually left us with a few extra tiles once the job was complete. We are extremely satisfied with how the floor came out and will definitely be using them for our future tiling needs.

When I called I got a free estimate, they were very responsive, and completed the job fast. Best of all, they left no mess behind, and were fairly priced compared to other companies in the area.
